Saffrons is a fine dining A la Carte restaurant that offers ‘dining with a difference’. Indian spice is of the essence of our cooking, but it is not hot as is expected with most Indian cuisine. Instead spices are used to enhance the flavour of the food, not conceal it. We call it ‘Fine dining with an Indian accent’.
